For the first time, Power Events’ Golden Tee Tour is taking its show to Minnesota. And, of course, you’ll want to be there.
Panino Brothers in Eden Prairie, MN will play host to the fourth stop on the GT Tour on August 14 through August 17. Although the stop may be new to the PEGT Tour, Minnesota’s long history of hosting tournaments—headlined by a wonderful group of passionate and skilled players—promises to make this one of the marquee trackball weekends of the year.
The event will begin with a Closest to the Pin tournament at 7:30 pm on Thursday. Entry into this event is $10. On Friday, the focus will switch to the handicap tournament, which anyone—regardless of talent—could win. Entry into this event is $25, and a good number of participants will win their entry fee into the main event.
That main event will start on Saturday with a five-course qualifier. The top 32 finishers will quality for match play, which will begin at noon on Sunday. Once the double-elimination bracket has played its way to one, our fourth PEGT champion will be crowned. Entry into the main tournament is $100.
Interested? Well, I don’t blame you. Secure your spot in the First Annual Minnesota Classic at PEGTtour.com by registering. Unsure if you can make it? Have no worries; signups will also be welcomed with open arms.
