We all hit bad shots. Heck, we all hit bad shots—with “bad” being relative to the user—somewhat regularly. Rarely do we hit shots so bad, however, that they’re actually brilliant. It takes a special sort of bad to make this possible.

The shot below is a special sort of bad.

In fact, when you think about it, the following YouTube on Highland Links 15 needed two bad shots. The first came on the drive that resulted in a shot from the rough. The second came on a shot from the rough that resulted in a water ball and a bogey a magnificent holeout off a rock and a nice kick out of the rough. Just like you expected.

Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. And the bad isn't all that bad if it's bad enough. Write that down.
