Last but certainly not least on the PowerPutt LIVE 2013 course tour is Camelot, a trip back in time.
If you’ve logged hours at Medieval Times in recent years—and if you haven’t, you really should—then Camelot should have a familiar feel.
The stone barriers that surround the course give you plenty of banking options. And while some of these walls are small, others such as the castles scattered throughout create much more interesting shots.
Stone is indeed a theme, whether it’s through these walls or the magnificent staircase you’ll take a voyage down on the back nine. Trust me; you’ll know this staircase when you see it.
Draw bridges and various moving gates will also come into play, and you’ll have to hit one tee shot past an executioner with a very active ax. Other ancient weapons will make Camelot cameos, and you’ll have your very own catapult to try out.
Oh, you’ll enjoy the ride.
Although water is scarce, you can still find it if you aren’t careful. It’s strategically placed on the course and wayward tee shots will find it if you aren’t careful. In general, if you can avoid some of the rugged nature of the forgotten time, your scorecard should stay in good shape.
If not, well…
Here’s what you can expect to see when you get your hands on Camelot.
That's it for the series. Be sure to read up on Haunted Hills, Lost Vegas, Miner 49er, and Safari River, and also tune into LIVEWIRE for the official PowerPutt LIVE 2013 trailer.
