12 months have come and gone, and we’re looking back before we turn ahead for good.
In the world of Golden Tee, we’ve already assessed the best in the world of YouTubes. Now, we’re turning our attention to the Golden Tee World Rankings. Play each current course once and you’re in. It’s that simple for those who have yet to see how they stack up.
Thousands of players made the World Rankings leaderboard each month during 2012, and now we’re looking back at the best of the best, the cream of the crop when it comes to the top of these leaderboards.
One thing is clear—and this is something we knew already—Houston’s Mark Stenmark is pretty damn good at this whole trackball thing. The results from the past year confirm this, and you can find his name at (or very near) the top in pretty much every monthly contest.
Here they are.

The Player of the Year—at least according to our World Rankings—is clear. Stenmark was a familiar name throughout 2012 and he was also the only person to finish a month when an average above -30. That, in itself, is staggering.
What will this leaderboard look like in 2013? Well, Stenmark is currently No. 1 in the month of January.
We picked up right where we left off.
