"With the Sierra Nevada Mountain range towering over, Basin Lake is a place where nature still rules. Despite the scenic backdrop, this course isn’t ripe by elevation swings. While there are plenty of dips and drops along the way, although Lake Tahoe serves as this destination’s main attraction. Indeed, the name says it all. This enormous body of water will come in play on most holes, as will the army of trees that encase the area. Despite the rugged elements, there’s an unmistakable elegance seen and felt throughout. You will come for golf, but you might want to stay a while longer."
