It’s tournament time, and this weekend’s PEGT Tour stop is only a hop, skip and a jump away from IT’s headquarters.

The Windy City Open is expected to be one of the larger Golden Tee tournaments of the year, and we will be there to cover it all. The House Pub in St. Charles – which has a superb reputation as being one of the better beer bars in the area – will play host to the event.

We encourage all of you to make it out to the event, even if you plan to simply watch some of the game’s best duke it out while enjoying the many beverage options the bar has to offer. If you can’t make it, however, we have you covered as well.

The Golden Tee Blog will be providing updates throughout the weekend with live blogs, while the GT Facebook and GT Twitter feed will be active as well. There will also be a live feed from the event which will showcase the best games and matchups throughout the tournament.

If you did not check this out when it debuted at the Missouri Open, trust me, you do not want to miss it. Outside of seeing the results as they happen, you’re also guaranteed to learn a shot or two from the 2012 courses.
