Here at Golden Tee, one of our favorite yearly traditions is to learn what instances on the new courses will reward bad shots.

It’s timeless. Someone hits a shot that is doomed, this shot bounces off of something miraculously, the ball somehow ends up in the hole and a trend is formed.

That leads us to this shot on Teal Gardens No. 16, a traditional late par-3 with teeth.

Not only does it have teeth, but it also has a bridge. And that bridge—a lovely vibrant red creation—is more than just show, it seems.

Don’t try that home, because it probably won’t end well. But if you happen to accidently use this surface as a catapult, just know that not all hope is lost.
