The doors are officially closed.

After six magnificent weeks, the submission portion of the 2017 Design-a-Hole Contest has come to a close. While the totals are still being tallied, this year’s total submissions will eclipse last year’s total and likely be the most designs we have ever received!

Thank you, thank you and thank you to everyone who submitted.

Now, it’s time for us to go to work.

Over the next few days, the prestigious Design-a-Hole judges will meet and look over each and every submission. They will use rulers. They will discuss certain submissions at length. They will spent countless hours determining what designs could have a spot in Golden Tee 2017.

On Monday, we will reveal the first finalist on Goldentee.com. For 10 days, we will then showcase the 10 finalists, giving each design a day in the spotlight. This time will also allow us the opportunity get feedback on these designs, and we encourage you to join the conversation on the Golden Tee Facebook Page.

Once each design has been explored, we will narrow a group of 10 down to three. At that point, after one last round of feedback, we will announce our winner. This design will then become a playable hole in Golden Tee 2017!

We’re just getting started, but now we have work to do. Tune in Monday to see our first DAH finalist!
