They call it “Blackout Wednesday” for obvious reasons. The night before Thanksgiving is a night to consume and enjoy, knowing that the following day will be about food and family and pretending not to be hungover when you most certainly are.

This is, unequivocally, a Golden Tee holiday. It is a night to play your favorite game at your favorite establishment. And over the past few years, we have given you special events to celebrate with. This year is no different.

For the first time in its short existence, we’re hosting a Freaky Friday event on a day other than Friday. We are taking our ability to create custom Daily Contests and putting it to use on a Wednesday—this Wednesday, November 23.

Between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. you will have the ability to play Bonnie Moor… backwards.

Yes, in reverse. We’re taking Hole 18 and making it the opening hole. From there, you play the entire round from end to start.

We have no idea what this will look and play like—and neither will you—although that’s precisely why you need to play. And yes, during this 24-hour stretch, you can play as many times as you please on the same conditions.

The prize pool will get an added boost as well—$3,000 in total, which will mean big prizes will be handed out. But more than that, this will be a once-in-a-Golden Tee-lifetime experience. Hopefully you’ll remember it.
