The sixth annual Music City Madness returned to Nashville at TNT Billiards Bar and Grill, bringing 150 players, along with their friends and family, together for the first National Golden Tee Tour stop following the 2026 Golden Tee World Championship. Jeff Lannen is still likely soaking in the glory of his World Championship victory, but the focus shifted to a Nashville and a group of players looking to make a run.

Andy Fox redeemed himself after his second-place finish at the 2026 Golden Tee World Championship. Fox put together a run, beating every player except two by at least three strokes along the way. He defeated Sean Gervais in the King of the Hill match, only to see Gervais fight his way right back into the finals after defeating Burak Temel in the loser's bracket final. Temel, who won the Music City Madness in 2026, came up just short of defending his title.

Purple Bracket

The Purple Bracket featured 64 players battling not only for the bracket championship, but also for a ticket to the 2027 Golden Tee World Championship. Matthew S. Weinert once again put together an undefeated run through the Purple Bracket, earning the win and securing his spot at next year's Worlds.

Ryan Hill also went undefeated, defeating Travis Tressler in the King of the Hill match before facing him again in the finals. Hill took care of business a second time, clearing the way for another Pink Bracket championship.

This year's Music City Madness also produced something that had never happened in the tournament's history. Every King of the Hill winner went on to win their respective bracket, meaning every Sunday bracket champion finished the day undefeated. That made for a quicker Championship Sunday and, perhaps most importantly, left everyone with a little more time to enjoy the karaoke after the tournament.
