The latest installment of the Golden Tee Home Edition Callaway Tour is coming this February.

We’re celebrating the frigid winter months by offering up a contest fit for the calendar—the Deep Freeze Open. And for only the second time ever, we will be implementing locked conditions cards to crown a Golden Tee Home Edition champion.

During the month of February, we will run four separate weekly contests/qualifiers. The first will start at 12:01 a.m. central time on Feb 1 and run until 11:59 p.m. on February 7. At that point, at 12:01 a.m. on February 8, the next contest will start, and we will begin a new period of qualifying. The timing of these events will run for four consecutive weeks.

Please note: We will be including only 2016 courses in this particular contest, and players must use the same Golden Tee Card or credit card in order to accumulate data. Glory and Stats Play both apply.

Here is the breakdown of the qualifying sessions and criteria:

Week 1 (February 1-February 7): Top 10 Best Score (Average Overall)

Week 2 (February 8-February 14): Most Birdies or Better

Week 3 (February 15-February 21): Most Holes in One

Week 4 (February 22-February 28): Most Great Shot Points

Each week, five players will qualify for the final event. Once a player qualifies, he or she is in. They will not be eligible to qualify more than once. Once March 1 hits, we will have 20 unique players eligible to compete for Callaway gear.

As soon as the qualifying portion of the contest ends, we will send all 20 players locked conditions cards—a way to ensure that each finalist will compete with the same winds, pins and overall setup. At that point, all 20 players will complete a cycle—a round on all five of the Golden Tee 2016 courses—to determine the final finish.

When we previously ran an event of this nature, we did only one course in the final event. That will change this time around. Players’ scores from all five 2016 courses will be added together to give one final tally. The player with the lowest score for the full cycle will be our champion.

2nd) Odyssey Works Putter

3rd) Callaway Mack Daddy 2 Tour Wedge

4th-5th) Box of Callaway Chrome Golf Balls

6th-10th) Callaway Golf Towel

11th-15th) Callaway Hat

16th-20th) Callaway Golf Cooler

As another aspect of the contest, we will also be raffling for prizes for anyone who completes 10 LIVE games each week—or 40 or more games overall. Anyone that hits this 10-mark for each qualifier—regardless of score—will be eligible to win an illuminated marquee or a keypad. We will be raffling off one of each at the conclusion of the event.

Only the owners of games are eligible to win. (If you’re buddy is really excited about what we’re doing, tell him to give us a call and we’ll give him a great deal.) Other than that, you should be all set.
