For nearly two decades, the Design-a-Hole Contest has given Golden Tee players the opportunity to leave their mark on the game. Every year, we've invited the community to dream up the next unforgettable hole, and every year you've delivered. From hand-drawn sketches and detailed CAD renderings to clay models and everything in between, we've reviewed thousands of creative submissions from players.
Now, as we celebrate the 18th anniversary of the contest, we're bringing those creations together in a brand new way. Introducing Design-a-Hole Contest Mode, a new game mode coming exclusively to Golden Tee PGA Tour 2027.
For the first time ever, you'll be able to play all 18 winning Design-a-Hole creations as one complete course. Every hole was designed by a member of the Golden Tee community, making this a one-of-a-kind experience that celebrates the creativity and passion of our players.
In the past, these fan-created holes only appeared during special events like Design-a-Hole Freaky Fridays. Now, they're available anytime you want to tee it up. Whether you've followed the contest since the beginning or you're experiencing these legendary holes for the first time, this new mode gives you the chance to enjoy all 18 in a single round.
Of course, the tradition continues in 2027.
