The ITNET servers will be taken down on Monday, May 12, 2025 for an extended outage to perform maintenance and upgrades.

This outage will affect all ITNET based platforms. The duration of the server outage is scheduled for 5am to 2pm CT on Monday.

Once the maintenance upgrade is complete, IT will start rolling out ITNet access in small batches.

At times during the outage, you may notice a green "LIVE" light on some cabinets, but please note that until we post that access to ITNET is fully restored Monday afternoon, we can't guarantee that you will be able to get online or complete a game.

We will make an announcement once all of the servers are back up and running across all platforms.

These systems will be unavailable during the outage:

• All of our Amusement games including Golden Tee, Silver Strike, online Arcade Collections, online Power Putts will be down.
• Websites such as www.itsgames.com, Livewire, and Operator Services will be inaccessible.
• The GT PGA Tour and Golden Tee Caddy apps will be down.

Golden Tee 2025 Season 10 launch will also take place as soon as ITNET is back online.

As a precaution, we recommend playing all Tour Mode games, invites and prize-play contests by the end of Sunday night.

With the season changeover, the following game modes will reset on Monday:

• All Glory and Prize Play Contests & Invites, excluding: all TPC courses and any remastered course since GT 2018
• All CTTP Contests & Invites

As part of the content release for Monday, May 12th, the 2025 Courses will be added to Create-A-Course on the GT Caddy
