You can feel it in the air, dear friends. Look to the horizon...GREATNESS is only days away.
One of these elite three, their craft forged in the fire of whimsical creative endeavor, will earn their place in Golden Tee history.
An arcade golf magnum opus will become a part of Golden Tee 2026, with its creator's name etched in digital glory...laying claim to the final hole, and bringing home their very own Golden Tee PGA TOUR machine.
Whose approach (golf jokes, amirite?) stood above the rest? The saga continues tomorrow, when we reveal our 3rd Place Finisher.
Check out the cream of the crop creation below, then let us know...who do YOU think will take this year's Grand Prize? We'll announce the Design-a-Hole 2026 Winner THIS FRIDAY, so stay locked in til then!
Descent Into Purgatory by Rick Smith
410 yards, Par-4
Imagine a golf hole that starts at a high elevation, with a tee box positioned on a hilltop.
As you hit your drive, the narrow fairway slopes downward, perhaps with a few rolling hills and strategically placed bunkers into a safe landing area.
As you approach the green, the terrain descends again, creating a slope away from the landing area.
Better hit it straight, because there are cliffs on both sides of the narrow fairway!
The Legend by Aaron Bridgewater
580 yards, Par-5
A long par-5 with several ways to play the hole.
It features an elevated cliff green that rises above a tumultuous lower level, canyon-style fairway
with other elevated options to use as layups, and elevated fairway play.
Tree Trouble by Steven Herber
160 yards, Par-3
Green is elevated and mostly blocked by trees.
Can't go over or under, but maybe you will be lucky and go through it.
You can always bail out to the right for a long putt.
