For more than 30 years, Golden Tee, along with our lineup of amusement products, has taken pride in providing an enjoyable social experience to more than 100 million players. We understand that during this time, with the challenges that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) currently presents, that this ritual will be altered for many.
Incredible Technologies has decided to temporarily close its facilities. Our goal is to still be as active and productive as possible, but there will be limitations on the services and support we can provide during this time.
Shipping of cabinets, parts, player cards and gift cards will be suspended until further notice. We are closely monitoring the situation and will notify you when shipping will resume.
Customer service, quality assurance and technical support will be available by email or phone but are working remotely, so support will be limited. All departments will be as resourceful as possible to address our customers’ needs.
Given the evolving implications on bars and restaurants, we will be closely monitoring the various modes of play across Golden Tee, PowerPutt and Silver Strike and may make any changes to current formats, specifically Prize Play, that might be necessary.
We have already increased the timeout on the 50-man Prize Play contests from seven (7) to fourteen (14) days, and we will modify our various Daily events if necessary. We have also postponed qualifying on commercial cabinets for our Golden Tee World Championship, and we will notify you when we plan to resume.
We understand this is a difficult time for many, and we hope to be as adaptive and responsive as possible despite the circumstances. We thank you for your business, understanding and flexibility.
