Golden Tee PGA TOUR Edition Tee Off Contest TPC Louisiana (the “Contest”) is a contest which allows participants to enter for a chance to win one of the offered prizes pursuant to the official rules (the “Official Rules”).

Contest Parameters: Between April 17 and April 23, the top 5 players with the most holes-in-one while playing TPC Louisiana on the Golden Tee PGA TOUR Edition will win a prize (see below).

As an added bonus, any player who hits a hole-in-one on TPC Louisiana during the month will receive 50 GT Caddy Coins*.

Prizes:

*Allow purchase of consumables (golf clubs, balls and golden tees) within Golden Tee PGA TOUR Edition gameplay or the Golden Tee Caddy app.

By participating in the Contest, you hereby agree to the terms of these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements set forth below.

HOW TO ENTER. Must play TPC Louisiana on the Golden Tee PGA TOUR Edition in Online Mode (18 Holes) between 12:00:00 am CDT on April 17, 2023 and 11:59:59 pm CDT on April 23, 2023 (the “Contest Period”).

1. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO ENTER. Eligibility ends on 11:59 pm Central Daylight Time on April 23, 2023.
2. Eligibility. The Contest is open to all players that play TPC Louisiana on the Golden Tee PGA TOUR Edition across all Online Modes (18 Holes) during the Contest Period that are located in the United States except AZ, NJ, SD, LA, OH, and AK. The top 5 players with the most holes-in-one while playing TPC Louisiana will win a prize as provided herein.
3. Prizes.
   
   First Place:

   Twosome on TPC Louisiana (Includes green fee, cart fee, forecaddie with group, and warm-up bag of practice balls)
   Approximate retail value of $1200.00
   Second Place:

   Two tickets to the 2024 Zurich Classic
   Approximate retail value of $440.00
   Third Place:

   $200 Golden Tee Gift Card & PGA TOUR Divot Tool, Pin Flag & Hat & PGA TOUR Divot Tool, Pin Flag & Hat
   Approximate retail value of $300.00
   Fourth Place:

   $150 Golden Tee Gift Card & PGA TOUR Divot Tool, Pin Flag & Hat
   Approximate retail value of $250.00.
   Fifth Place:

   $100 Golden Tee Gift Card & PGA TOUR Divot Tool, Pin Flag & Hat
   Approximate retail value of $200.00.
   
   

   In the event of a tie, winner will be selected based on Great Shot Points (GSPs) accumulated by applicable players.

4. No substitution of a prize is offered, no transfer of a prize to a third party is permitted, and prize may not be redeemed for cash value. Limit one prize per person and per household.
5. Winner Notification. Winners will be notified via email to the address provided in their Golden Tee player account. Prize winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used. For purpose of clarity, for First Place and Second Place, prize winner is responsible for travel and related accommodations. Winner grants all consents required as contemplated in these Official Rules; authorizes the Released Parties (as defined below) and their designees and assigns to use the winner’s name, voice, city/province of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification; and releases the Released Parties and the supplier and/or provider of prizes from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the winner’s participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the Prize. If a winner is not in compliance with the Official Rules, or is unable or unwilling to comply with these Official Rules, the winner will be deemed ineligible and will forfeit his/her Prize. A new potential winner will then be selected from all remaining eligible Entries in accordance with these Official Rules.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. INCREDIBLE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (IT) AND PGA TOUR, INC AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES (“RELEASED PARTIES”) ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COMMUNICATIONS ERRORS, MECHANICAL PROBLEMS, HUMAN ERROR, OR ANY OTHER FACTOR WHICH PREVENTS IT BEING NOTIFIED OF A PLAYER'S SUCCESS. WINNER RELEASES AND HOLDS HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF PRIZE OR ERRORS IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INVASION OF PRIVACY (UNDER APPROPRIATION, INTRUSION, PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF PRIVATE FACTS, FALSE LIGHT IN THE PUBLIC EYE OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY), DEFAMATION, SLANDER, LIBEL, VIOLATION OF RIGHT OF PUBLICITY, INFRINGEMENT OF TRADEMARK, COPYRIGHT OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. IT RESERVES THE RIGHT AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO TAMPERS OR ATTEMPTS TO TAMPER WITH THE COMPETITION PROCESS OR THE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST; VIOLATES THE OFFICIAL RULES; OR ACTS IN AN UNSPORTSMANLIKE OR DISRUPTIVE MANNER, OR WITH INTENT TO ANNOY, ABUSE, THREATEN OR HARASS ANY OTHER PERSON OR FELLOW PLAYER. FAILURE BY IT TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THAT PROVISION. IF, FOR ANY REASON, THE CONTEST IS NOT CAPABLE OF RUNNING AS PLANNED, INCLUDING INFECTION BY COMPUTER VIRUS, BUGS, WEATHER, TAMPERING, UNAUTHORIZED INTERVENTION, FRAUD, TECHNICAL FAILURES, OR ANY OTHER CAUSES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF IT WHICH CORRUPT OR AFFECT THE ADMINISTRATION, SECURITY, FAIRNESS, INTEGRITY OR PROPER CONDUCT OF THE CONTEST, THEN IT RESERVES THE RIGHT AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO CANCEL THE CONTEST AND DETERMINE THE APPLICABLE WINNER FROM AMONG ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED PRIOR TO CANCELLATION. BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, WINNER AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION OR USE OF ANY PRIZE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH AND PROPERTY DAMAGE.
7. Dispute Resolution. Except where prohibited, by participating, you agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of players, and the Released Parties shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. By participating, you also agree that any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating, but in no event shall attorneys’ fees be permitted, and under no circumstances shall any player be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.
