Incredible Technologies, Inc., collects email addresses for its own use and to allow third parties to provide information to IT’s customers and subscribers, although these email addresses are never provided directly to third parties. (See IT’s Privacy Policy for information on who we will share information with and what information we will share.) You can choose to opt out of receiving email from IT, including third parties for whom IT provides forwarding services, at any time. You cannot opt out of certain emails we need to send you relating to normal business operations (for example, we may email you to inform you that a subscription is expiring, that a service you have subscribed to is changing, or provide important safety or operation information for an IT product you own or operate.) You have a number of options for opting out of the different services we offer.
For any of the available options, if you wish to opt out with respect to more than one email address, you must provide a separate request for each email address.
Email Messages Sent From IT For Marketing Purposes
IT markets some of its own products and services by email. When IT is the marketer, we will always be identified as such in the mailing's content.
IT also maintains a database of permission-based email addresses that are used by IT to send you marketing materials from third parties who offer related products and services. When IT is providing marketing information from a third party, the third party will always be identified in the mailing’s content.
Every email sent from IT will include appropriate unsubscribe instructions and/or a link which will provide access to an electronic unsubscribe form. Such unsubscribe instructions and/or form may only apply to the specific marketing service addressed by that email.
To opt out of all email marketing messages from IT, you must send an email to unsubscribe@itsgames.com from the email address you wish to unsubscribe. Please clearly state in your email, "Unsubscribe me from all IT email marketing."
This is the only way to assure that you no longer receive email advertising messages from IT as the marketer or on behalf of third parties. If you opt out of IT's email database, you may continue to receive email messages from other marketers with which you have opted in. Additionally, opting out with a partner of IT does not opt you out of IT's email database.
