The finishing hole at SA has garnered plenty of chatter and for good reason. While this par-4 was originally deemed not drivable, many have proven that wrong. Trying this is certainly an option, but playing your drive in the fairway is a much safer way to play. It will, however, take the right touch to avoid the mud and water. If in doubt, stay extra short so you don't risk it. From here, you'll have to possibly hit around the trees and into the green – nothing easy about this shot whatsoever. The green is small and slopes down a significant amount. This means you should never use backspin on your approach. To be quite honest, you'll make par here perhaps more than you'll make birdie and that's alright. Sometimes you have to tip your cap to a well-designed hole and move on. With a good first shot anything can happen. Smart and accurate will bring good things.
