Here’s where things start to get interesting. The first drivable par-4 comes jam-packed with trees, mud, sand, and water all in the same hole. First and foremost, the worst place you could possibly end up here is the hazard, so keep this in mind when planning and executing. While this giant tree is certainly the main obstacle, there are multiple ways around OR over it. Get creative with your 3, 4, and 5-woods and learn what shots work on particular setups. A little birdie told me that these woods should clear the tree from any box – and this little birdie knows best. Ending up in the sand isn’t the worst place to be (in fact, it's awfully nice) and should lead to a pretty comfortable three. I can't stress enough how important it is to stay dry or muddy here. While you want to walk away with eagle, stringing together birdies will do wonders to your scorecard.
