And here we are at Monument Valley, a Golden Tee course loaded with character. While things can get rocky on this Jim Z. gem (pun intended), that isn't the case on our first hole. This is your typical starting hole and should provide you with a great chance for Great Shot Points. From some tee boxes, you might even have an outside shot of hitting the green with your drive! While you undoubtedly will come up just short, take all the distance you can here. The closer you are, the more likely it is that you'll hole out. There are no obstacles on this hole that should get in the way. Play aggressive for the pin with your approach and go for it. There's no better feeling than being –2 after the first hole. You have as good of chance as any to do that on hole one. If you don't hole out, be precise with your putting and start off right.
